Interesting stereo-optical illusion

This is one of those crazy optical illusions that people forward to each other. Except this one is quite funny!

Examine the following picture which was taken using a stereo-optical technique. Half of the image is showing a real person, half of it is not. Can you guess which is which? Extra points for guessing who the real person actually is, and who would win between the two subjects if they had a fight.
